Terms & Conditions for Clients of MSB Webs Services

Understanding and Defining Scope of Work

Clarity and transparency within the technical development scope are what we always request and exerting to realize. For promising projects, we don’t mind having multiple sessions through skype, video, or email to urge an entire picture of the work we are alleged to do. The more information we’ve from you it’s better to urge projects executed successfully. Ideally, we’d like designs for all pages and technical specifications of functionality customization.

We will present our understanding to you once we’ve a sufficient understanding of the project. Please note that anything outside the presented statement of labor goes to be considered as change request as per our terms and conditions. We’ll strictly follow the list of tasks as agreed. We are purely focused on technical website development. We do not consider front-end concept design in our scope of labor. We’ll convert PSD design files to HTML CSS or e-commerce or cms website theme but would want for completely well-described PSD files.

Development Environment

All the events will happen on the staging server found out by MSB webs. We’ll update the client-supported. This may be done by sharing links to our dev server. Please provide feedback only requested by our team. If the client points or lists out issues during development albeit our team remains working, those points are likely to be not addressed or if we are pressurized to figure on them it’ll be considered as a change request and charged extra. We request our clients to co-operate and do a review once we finish all the work including testing.

Strict Adherence to Scope of Work

Our team will strictly follow the scope of work mutually agreed upon between us and the client. Please note that any changes in designs or functionality would wish to be clarified upfront. We’ll not be in a position to figure on any small or big issues with assumptions. Clients are requested to to not pressurize the team to urge tasks or work done on the idea that specific functionality or change must be understood. We request clients to clarify the complete scope of work with 100% clarity in designs and functional specifications.

Project Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Msb web services take full responsibility for keeping all client information including contact details and project information considerably confidential. Our clients keep complete ownership of the projects we work for them. We’ll not be contacting any of the top customers without permission from our client.

Quality Control and Support for Bug Fixing

Our team features a dedicated QA for functionality testing and style matching. This may depend upon the scope of work. We generally sign up for ie7+, google chrome, firefox, and safari. If you would like testing to be wiped out specific devise or version, it must be discussed upfront. Otherwise, it’ll be considered a change request and payment is going to be charged on an actual time taken basis as per our charges

We give 2 months bug fixing guarantee post-delivery of work and project log off. It’ll be the responsibility of the MSB team to repair any issues or bugs within the scope of labor and that we will attempt to address this at the earliest.

Communication and Response Time

Our team normally prefers to speak to any project-related discussion through email or Skype. Generally, there’ll be a fanatical project manager taking care of the assembly of the project and doing all communication. We request clients to allow us to know beforehand if you would like to line up a project discussion meeting instead of chatting on Skype at any point of your time. This ensures that we are fully prepared to debate with you dedicatedly as there are many other projects we’ve in production. we might answer any emails or Skype requests at the earliest possible normally within 1 day. Delivery of the task will depend upon team availability. we’ll allow you to know once you can expect project or task delivery. If our team has any queries associated with the project, we request clients to reply to us at the earliest. If there are delays during this, it’ll affect the delivery timeline.

Timeline and Delays

We would let our clients know beforehand a realistic timeline for development. We might avoid falling into the conflict of agreeing on a quicker unrealistic timeline if our team isn’t confident within the time frame you anticipate tasks or projects to be completed. Our commitment to delivering on the agreed timeline will only be valid if we get all the requested information, payments, and feedback on time. If delay in any project-related information or payments will cause a delay in project execution. We can also transfer our resources to another project which can affect attending your project requests on an urgent basis.

Payment Terms

All our projects require an advanced 50% payment before we start development. the quantity of advance payment is informed to the client and is predicated on the dimensions of the project. For those projects where payments are split into more than 2 halves, we might need payments to be cleared at each milestone as agreed. Violation of this by the client will cause ceasing of further project progress by our team and cause an unnecessary delay until we’ve payments cleared on time as agreed.

We accept Payments through Google Pay Paytm Phonepe or Bank Wire Transfer to our checking account in India. All account details are clearly mentioned within the invoice copy we send to our client.

Final Payments and Transfer of Code Files

As per agreed payment terms, our clients are going to be required to form payments on time so as to start out, continue or complete development. Clients are requested to make sure that we receive funds in our accounts on time as per the agreement. Delay in making payments may end in a delay in project delivery, project getting placed on hold, or complete stop of work until funds are cleared. Our team won’t transfer any code without mutual agreement and receipt of payments. If development is requested on client-server, we might need 100% upfront payments. We’ll not tolerate urgency to transfer the code without us receiving payments.
